Just to be sure you don't forget anything

1. FLIGHTS
   • Ensure you have familiarised yourself with the exact departure and arrival dates and times, on your flights. Same day arrivals/Next day arrivals as an example.
   • Ensure you have the correct Airport you require in the city you are flying to. EG. Heathrow/Gatwick in London.
   • Baggage is important, so please do not forget to ensure you select a flight option that includes checked in baggage, if required.
2. ACCOMMODATION
   • Be sure to check if an early check in or late out may be necessary.
   • Ensure the rate you are selecting, includes breakfast if required.
   • Parking, please remember to request parking if you need it when you book your Hotel.
3. CAR HIRE
   • Did you perhaps require a car.
   • Be sure the correct pick up location is chosen when booking.
   • Ensure a bigger vehicle is booked if you are travelling with colleagues/5 or more.
4. TRANSFERS/CHAUFFEUR DRIVE
   • Be sure to book your local transfers if you need a lift to/from the Airport.
   • If transfers are required, remember to ensure they are aligned with your flight arrival and departure dates/times.

5. PASSPORT
   • Ensure your name/surname match the Passport.
   • Your Passport needs to be valid for 6 months or more in order to travel.
   • Update your Passport details and upload a copy of the Passport in your JetSet profile.
